The Toledo Bar Association is required to conduct a Judicial Candidates Poll, per Article X of the Association’s Code of Regulations.
Candidates are to be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Integrity
- Fair-mindedness
- Legal ability
- Public & community service
- Legal experience
- Judicial temperament
- Other qualities bearing upon fitness for the office
The 2012 Poll will be conducted electronically. Your responses are tabulated by an offsite polling service and are completely confidential.
The deadline for completion of the survey is Friday, August 31, 2012.
