Legal Receptionist
Downtown Toledo law firm is seeking to fill the position of Legal Receptionist. This person will be responsible for all operations of the front desk and public areas, multi-line phone system, operation of printers, scanners, copiers and video conferencing equipment, supply orders, incoming mail, as well as some secretarial duties such as: file preparation, typing, data and time entry. Strong spelling and grammar skills are a must, as well as familiarity with legal terms, areas of law, and various office forms and legal documents. Strong computer skills and proficiency in the use of office software, such as Word and Excel spreadsheets, are necessary. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal office. Probation Unit Supervisor 
Toledo Municipal Court Supervises and coordinates work of probation staff and programming, develops staff and collaborates in the development of programs, Department policies and procedures and administers quality control of data and supervision. Demonstrated skill in leadership, knowledge of evidence-based practices and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others in a demanding and fast-paced environment required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice or a related field required. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, related field or a management related discipline, preferred, but not required. Five (5) years experience in probation case management, counseling, social work, criminal justice or related work required, with 2 of the 5 years experience in supervision/management preferred, but not required. Probation experience preferred, but not required. Must be LEADS certifiable. Starting salary $54,329.60 - $60,365.76.

Perrysburg Municipal Prosecutor
The City of Perrysburg is accepting resumes for the position of Municipal Prosecutor. Summary of Duties: Under general direction, The Municipal Prosecutor prosecutes all affidavits and all proceedings in the Perrysburg Municipal Court involving misdemeanors and crimes committed within the jurisdiction of the Court; supervises personnel; attends various meetings as required.

Qualifications: Completion of Jurist Doctorate (J.D.) and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or law experience (including jury trial practice and appellate experience). Successful candidate must possess a license to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court. The salary range for this position is $74,231 to $96,040 depending on qualifications and experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Note: this is a full time position and no private practices are permitted.
