Seeing the Witness in An Electronic Society

Who are these Devices and Why are They Watching Me? The 3 hour video replay seeks to expand the awarness of attorneys to the vast universe of devices that are interacting with humans every day, and which may create, store, process, and/or transmit information relevant to legal matters. From obvious devices such as cell phones and computers, smart speakers, doorbells, thermostats, to invisible devices such as Radio Frequency Identification Devices, cloud storage, and artificial intelligence/virtual reality, our lives have become integrated with devices and data. When practiing law, an astute attorney may frequenlty be able to convert these devices into witnesses. Presented by: Donald Wochna, Esq.
