This three hour seminar seeks to expand the awareness of attorneys to the vast universe of devices that are interacting with humans every day, and which may create, store, process, and/or transmit information relevant to legal matters.  From obvious devices such as cell phones and computers, smart speakers, doorbells, thermostats, to invisible devices such as Radio Frequency Identification Devices, cloud storage, and artificial intelligence/virtual reality, our lives have become integrated with devices and data.  When practicing law, an astute attorney may frequently be able to convert these devices into witnesses.
