Peter G. Rost Sworn In as President of Toledo Bar Association
Service Awards Presented; New Board of Directors Installed
Attorney Peter G. Rost was sworn in as 119th President of the Toledo Bar Association for the 2019-2020 membership year at the Association's Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 11, at The Park Inn. Rost focuses primarily on criminal defense law at Kaplan, Richardson, Rost & Vicente. Rost is a lifetime Toledo resident, having attended Central Catholic High School and the University of Toledo, where he received both his undergraduate degree and his law school education. Rost was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977. Rost took the oath of office from Justice Alice Robie Resnick, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Attorney Jon Richardson served as Master of Ceremonies and introduced Rost. Rost will formally assume leadership duties for the Toledo Bar Association on July 1.
