The Notary Public office of The Toledo Bar Association is an administrative office for the Lucas county area.  The Notary office accepts applications for new, renewal, and attorney applicants. For more information, click on one of the links at right.

In Lucas County, the judges of the Common Pleas Court have appointed a Notary Committee to review applications, conduct examinations and investigate complaints about notaries.
