This hour-long panel will include the four Subchapter V trustees for the Northern District of Ohio.

The discussion will include the differences between Subchapter V and “regular” chapter 11, eligibility for Subchapter V, the timelines for a Subchapter V case, plan contents, the role of the Subchapter V Trustee and new case update.
