Tools for Trial: How To Present Evidence and Persuade Jurors

If you practice criminal law this presentation is essential to your practice since most criminal cases involve an expert, wheterh it be a coroner or BCI agent. In this presentation we will watch film clips, review case law, and discuss cases involving the introduction of forensic evidence. In the second half of this presenation we will hear from local judges and experts. You will learn tips and strategies for making the best possible first impression with the jury, strategies that you can immediately put to use in representing your client, tips for establishing control over an adverse witness, visual techniques that have impact and advanced principles of effective voir dire needed to condcut comprehensive jury selection.
