Advanced Writing and Editing for Lawyers

This all day program will be presented by legal writing lecturer and teacher, Prof. Timothy Terrell. Professor Terrell is a leading presenter of writing programs for practitioners and judges in the United States and around the world. He has conducted the writing and editing portion of training for new appellate judges at NYU Law School's Institute of Judicial Administration and serves as the primary consultant on legal writing to the international association of law firms, Lex Mundi. He also coauthored a popular text on legal writing, Thinking Like a Writer: A Lawyer's Guide to Effective Writing and Editing.
