LaRon Bankston grew up in Toledo and attended the University of Toledo for both undergraduate and law school.  He has always had a passion for criminal defense, and is also interested in family law, personal injury and probate.  When he is not building his practice, he enjoys photography, music and runs in the park.

 

When asked what his goals are for the fellowship, his response was, “I hope to obtain a practical understanding of the practice of law, and use the experience and knowledge gained to run a successful law practice.”

 

 

Richard Frelin is from Toledo and attended Lourdes University for undergraduate. He stayed in Toledo for law school, attending the University of Toledo College of Law.  He is interested in criminal, civil, family and constitutional law. In his free time, Richard enjoys watching his daughters play fast pitch softball and volleyball, and visiting the Toledo Museum of Art and Toledo Zoo.

 

When asked what his goals are for the fellowship, his response was, “I hope to obtain a practical understanding of the practice of law, and use the experience and knowledge gained to run a successful law practice.”

 

 

Nathan VanDenBerghe is from Delta, Ohio and attended Bob Jones University for undergraduate, where he majored in biology. He went to the University of Toledo College of Law, and is interested in real estate, probate, and general civil practice. Nathan spends his free time with his family, and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
 

When asked what his goals are for the fellowship, his response was, “I want to establish the foundation of a successful law practice through maximizing the available resources and learning from experienced attorneys.”
