Many lawyers graduate from law school knowing how to analyze cases but with little guidance on how to build a law practice that is both professionally responsible and financially sustainable. This CLE presentation addresses the practical and ethical realities lawyers face when considering independent practice or designing a sustainable law firm.
Liz will help attendees understand startup costs, revenue cycles, billing structures, and the financial planning required to build a sustainable firm.
