Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys
The Supreme Court of Ohio adopted the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, effective February 1, 2007 and as amended April 1, 2015. These rules supersede and replace the Ohio Code of Professional Responsibility to govern the conduct of Ohio lawyers occurring on or after February 1, 2007.
