Summary

In a discussion with Mr. Burkhardt, Ms. Zarou will highlight the many developments affecting employers as immigration enforcement has become the nation’s hottest of “hot button” issues.  Mechelle Zarou, who has been a leading voice on Immigration Law in the Toledo area for many years, will walk through such current issues as dealing with ICE visits, the legitimacy of administrative warrants, the pathways for permanent and temporary work visas, and the value of temporary protected status.
