Who is Eligible?

Qualified firms with 1-100 employees (including solo practitioners) that are members of the TBA are eligible to participate. Even if you have an existing plan, it makes sense to compare the TBA plan to your current plan as there could be Administrative and Tax advantages as well as potential cost savings. All lawyers participating in the plan must be in good standing with the TBA prior to joining the retirement plan.
